The first stage of any cleaning project is careful and thorough examination to identify the substrate and to assess structural integrity. From there, we select cleaning products and methods that are gentle but effective for the given stone type and condition. Our goal is not to return monuments to a “like new” appearance, but rather to remove harmful and disfiguring growths and staining using the least invasive means possible.
